These terms apply to every visitor and customer of SchoolKart. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you check out.
1. Who we are
SchoolKart sells school uniforms and daily school essentials online. In these terms, "we", "us" and "SchoolKart" mean the store; "you" means the person using the website or placing an order.
2. Using the website
You agree to use the site only for genuine shopping. Do not copy our product photos, descriptions or school listings for commercial use without written permission.
3. Products, sizes and colours
We describe every uniform as accurately as we can, including fabric and the numeric size range. Screen colours can differ slightly from the actual fabric. If a school changes its approved uniform specification, the listing is updated as soon as the school informs us.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices can change at any time, but the price shown at the moment of order is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; an order is confirmed only after the payment or Cash on Delivery order is accepted.
5. Order acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. If money has already been taken, it is refunded in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier issues are outside our control, but your order status is always visible in My Account → My Orders.
7. Returns
Returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
9. Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
